Today's Run Time and Belly Progress

Update: Also went to yoga for an hour today. Yay progress!

Today I ran/walked one mile and my time was 13' 16"


Today's weight in running shoes, t-shirt, and shorts is 147.

  1. My hips decided to protest running about 4 years ago so I have no contribution there...but I just want you to know that I would saw off my left hand to have my belly look like yours. And yay to you for getting out there in the heat to exercise! I agree with you: do the work NOW, BEFORE you get pregnant. I know you'll trust me on that one ;)
